Carbondale Nursing and Rehabilitation Center prides itself on the level and variety of care we can provide for our residents. These services include Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies and are available up to seven days a week.

Our professionals are kept up to date on the latest and most comprehensive techniques. By applying these techniques, we ensure that all of our residents reach their full potential.

It is a testament to the effectiveness of these techniques that over 60 percent of our residents progress well enough to eventually return to their own homes.

Our kitchen is clean, spacious, and well equipped. Our kitchen staff is well trained and experienced, under the direction of a registered dietician. Together, they provide fresh, delicious food for all our residents.

All dietary needs are met, so whether you are on a special diet or if you are just hungry, what is brought to the table will tempt the pickiest eater.

Our staff knows well that meals are one of the key daily experiences for our residents. Everything else can be perfect, but if the food is not wonderful, the rest of the day can be ruined. For this reason, everyone tries their best to make an eating experience everyone will enjoy.

Our kitchen staff is focused on providing meals the residents will anticipate with pleasure and remember with satisfaction. Our kitchen provides the staff with the space and the tools they need to meet that goal every day, every meal.

We would like to make mention that the staff was asked to remove hair nets and gloves so that they could look their best for the pictures.

The contemporary room was inspired to give the resident full advantage of viewing every season. Surrounded by windows and comfortable seating you can enjoy the beautiful day no matter what time of year.

We have designed and furnished the Sunroom to provide the resident with an excellent place to receive guests. Here you can talk, play games, build puzzles, or even have lunch together in comfort.
